JRC2020 / ITEM2020 Change notification of the holding method
Due to the rapid outbreak of the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19), Japan Radiology Congress, JRC carefully considered how to deal with it. As a result, it was decided not to hold the physical event in Yokohama, but to conduct on line video conference for JRC2020 and exhibitions using the Web.

How to Enter to the Exhibition Hall
■ Registrant to the Annual Meeting, Scientific Meeting
Those who registered to below meetings can enter to the exhibition hall with indicating the name card.
- 79th Annual Meeting of the Japan Radiological Society (JRS) Congress
- 76th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Radiology Technology (JSRT)
- 119th Scientific Meeting of the Japan Society of Medical Physics (JSMP)
■ Holders of the exchange ticket
Please come to the exhibition hall reception located at 2F Concourse, submit it with necessary information (the type of occupation) with your business card and receive your entrance card.
■When registering at the ITEM venue.
- If you have not yet registered for admission to one of the above
congresses and have a registration/admission card
Submit a filled-in registration/admission card (and, optionality, a business
card) at the front desk and complete the registration procedures. Wear
the registration/admission card when entering the exhibition area.
This exhibition has introduced a system to manage visitors using barcodes.
Please note that accepting the barcode reading at the exhibitor's booth will
provide the business card information received at the reception, and each
exhibitor will use it for visitor management. In addition, barcode reading
at the entrance to the venue is used only for counting the number of visitors.
- If you do not have a registration/admission card
Pay the admission fee of ¥3000 (¥1000 for medical students and medical
technology students) at the front desk to receive an admission card. Fill
in the card and complete the registration procedures at the front desk as
described above.
